At La Truie, we stand behind the integrity and quality of every product we create. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on first-time purchases within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused or gently used

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to the nature of skincare products, we reserve the right to decline returns that show excessive use.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if product arrived damaged or defective)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


Return Process

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5–7 business days), we will notify you of approval

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, including shipping


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted final sale items
